Scott Williams

Voice Actor & Artist
Scott Williams (born July 28, 1962) is a talented voice actor and artist, known for bringing animated characters to life with his dynamic performances. He is best recognized for voicing Baxter Stockman in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003) animated series, including Fast Forward and Back to the Sewer, as well as multiple TMNT video games.

His other notable roles include the National Guard General in the Secret Origins episodes and alternate future Baxter Stockman in Same As It Never Was. Beyond voice acting, Scott has contributed to projects like Your Name, Pokémon, and Huntik.
